真实型领导是近年发展起来的一种积极领导方式。本文总结了国外学者们对真实型领导的定义,以及国内外学者对其相关的证实研究。通过回顾真实型领导文献,找出目前研究的不足,为未来研究提供指引。 Real-style leadership has developed in recent years as a positive way of leadership. This article summarizes the foreign scholars’ definition of true-type leadership, as well as domestic and foreign scholars to prove its related research. By reviewing the real leadership literature, we can identify the shortcomings of current research and provide guidance for future research.
