人事档案管理是国民经济发展和社会主义建设中一项非常重要的工作,在保存史料、方便查询、统计分析和建言献策等方面发挥着至关重要且不可替代的作用,但由于目前全国各地档案管理制度不健全、管理水平不一、设施差别较大和人员素质参差不齐等方面原因,我国人事档案还不同程度地存在内容失真、材料不全、政出多门、档案利用范围狭窄等一系列问题。为此,进一步规范人事档案工作具有很大的现实意义。
