追求“有质量的教育公平”成为当前教育研究与实践的重点。从城乡均衡发展立场看,随着教育“普九”任务的完成,城乡教育机会公平已经基本实现,而城乡教育质量差距依然非常突出。因此,努力提高教育质量,推进教育发展模式转变,凸显内涵发展,成为当前农村教育发展的时代主题。教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地东北师范大学农村教育研究所的研究人员对此问题进行了较为集中的研究,本刊发表一组笔谈反映他们的研究成果,旨在引起大家对农村教育质量的关注。
The pursuit of “quality education fairness” has become the focus of current education research and practice. From the standpoint of the balanced development of urban and rural areas, with the completion of the task of education and general education, the fairness of educational opportunities in urban and rural areas has basically been achieved, while the quality gap between urban and rural education is still outstanding. Therefore, efforts have been made to improve the quality of education, to promote the transformation of the mode of education development, and to highlight the connotation development, thus becoming the theme of the current era of rural education. The key research base of humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of Education Researchers at the Institute of Rural Education, Northeast Normal University conducted a more focused study on this issue. The journal publishes a series of written articles that reflect their research results to arouse people’s attention to the quality of rural education .
