职业倦怠严重影响到中小学教师的生理、心理健康,使其工作士气和情绪受损,并成为教师厌教、流失及教育水准难以发挥的重要影响因素。同时,职业倦怠还影响到教师工作绩效、创新能力等方面的提高,对教师自身发展产生阻碍作用。因此,探讨中小学教师职业倦怠形成的成因,采取有力的措施预防和克服教师的职业倦怠很有必要。
Job burnout seriously affects the physiology and mental health of primary and secondary school teachers, impairs their morale and emotion, and becomes an important factor that teachers can not play a part in annoying teaching, loss of education and education.
