最近国外推出了一种新型的挡水板——蛇形多棱挡水板(见图1)。该挡水板由改性聚乙烯材料制成。实测表明,当该挡水板迎面风速为3.5~6.5m/s时,阻力系数小于4,过水量小于0.1g/kg,该挡水板类似于四折,折与折之间用圆弧联接,联接处分别有一突出部。板厚δ=2mm,每二片间距为25mm。其强度、刚度及耐酸碱性能较理想,几家引进单位使用后比较满意。
Recently, a new type of deflector, a serpentine polyhedron deflector, has been introduced abroad (see Figure 1). The flap is made of modified polyethylene material. The actual measurement shows that when the wind speed of the flap is 3.5 to 6.5 m/s, the drag coefficient is less than 4 and the amount of water passing is less than 0.1 g/kg. The flap is similar to four folds, and the arc is connected between the flap and the fold. There is a protruding part at the joint. The plate thickness δ = 2mm, each 25mm spacing. Its strength, stiffness and acid and alkali resistance are satisfactory. Several imported units are satisfied after use.
