采用在体蟾蜍上颚模型考察石杉碱甲(1)微乳鼻腔给药对蟾蜍上腭纤毛存活时间和输送能力的影响,并利用扫描电镜观察1微乳对大鼠鼻黏膜纤毛形态的影响。结果表明,与生理盐水组比较,1微乳对蟾蜍上腭纤毛存活时间无显著影响(P>0.05);与给药前相比,1微乳对蟾蜍上腭纤毛输送能力无显著改变(P>0.05)。扫描电镜结果表明,大鼠鼻黏膜纤毛与1微乳作用2 h,形态无明显改变,但灌流4 h时纤毛形态略有改变。提示1微乳鼻腔给药对鼻黏膜纤毛刺激性较小。
The effects of huperzine A (1) microemulsion nasal administration on survival time and delivery capacity of toad palate ciliary tissue were investigated by using the toes palate model. The effects of 1 microemulsion on the morphology of the nasal mucosa were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that 1 microemulsion had no significant effect on survival time of toad palate cilia compared with saline group (P> 0.05). Compared with pre-administration group, 1 microemulsion had no significant change in the delivery ability of toad palate cilia > 0.05). Scanning electron microscopy results showed that the morphology of the nasal mucocutaneous cilia and 1 microemulsion did not change significantly after 2 hours, but the morphology of the cilia slightly changed after 4 hours of perfusion. Tip 1 microemulsion nasal administration of nasal mucosa less irritating cilia.
