目的 用60 Coγ射线照射人离体血 ,建立人淋巴细胞微核剂量效应曲线。方法 4名健康男性外周血样以60 Coγ射线 (0 1、0 2 5、0 5、1 0、2 0、3 0、4 0、5 0Gy ,剂量率 0 5Gy/min)照射后 ,用胞质阻断微核法 (CB)和常规微核法建立剂量效应曲线。结果 在 0~ 5 0Gy剂量范围内 ,两种方法微核率随剂量增加而增加 ,呈明确的剂量效应关系。曲线拟合表明 ,回归方程式成立 ,拟合度良好 (R2 接近 1,P <0 0 1)。结论 本研究建立的剂量效应曲线可用作辐射事故时的生物剂量估算
Objective To irradiate human blood with 60 Coγ-ray to establish a dose-response curve of micronuclei of human lymphocytes. Methods Four healthy male peripheral blood samples were irradiated with 60 Co γ ray (0 1, 0 2 5, 0 5, 1 0, 0 0, 0 0, 0 0, 0 0 Gy, and dose rate 0 5 Gy / min) Blocking micronuclei (CB) and conventional micronucleus method to establish dose-response curve. Results In the dose range of 0 ~ 50Gy, the micronucleus rate of the two methods increased with dose, showing a clear dose-response relationship. The curve fitting shows that the regression equation is established and the fitting degree is good (R2 is close to 1, P <0.01). Conclusion The dose-response curve established in this study can be used as a bio dose estimate for radiation accidents
