目的通过实验操作探讨复方灵芝制剂防治化学性肝损伤的作用。方法分0.33、0.67、2.00g/kg3个剂量组对小鼠每日经口进行灌胃,受试样品为复方灵芝制剂,空白对照组和模型对照组给予蒸馏水。30d后将各组动物禁食16h,模型对照组及各剂量组动物按0.01mL/g一次灌胃给予四氯化碳(CCl4)染毒,各受试组染毒4h后继续给予受试样品。染毒24h后摘取眼球取血,分离血清,测定ALT、AST,同时处死动物,取肝脏进行组织病理学检查。结果模型对照组小鼠的ALT、AST含量比空白对照组高(P<0.05),低、中剂量组的ALT、AST值与模型对照组比较,有下降,差异呈显著性(P<0.05)。结论复方灵芝制剂具有防治CCl4化学性肝损伤的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of compound ganoderma lucidum preparation on prevention and treatment of chemical liver injury through experimental operation. Methods The mice were intragastrically orally administered in groups of 0.33, 0.67, and 2.00 g/kg, and the test samples were compound Ganoderma lucidum preparations. The blank control group and the model control group were given distilled water. After 30 days, the animals in each group were fasted for 16 hours. Animals in the model control group and each dose group were given intragastric administration of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) at a dose of 0.01 mL/g, and each test group continued to give samples after 4 hours of exposure. Products. 24 hours after exposure, blood was collected from the eyeball, serum was separated, and ALT and AST were measured. At the same time, the animals were sacrificed, and the liver was taken for histopathological examination. Results The levels of ALT and AST in the model control group were higher than those in the blank control group (P<0.05). The ALT and AST values in the low and middle dose groups were significantly lower than those in the model control group (P<0.05). . Conclusion The compound ganoderma lucidum preparation has the effect of preventing and treating CCl4 chemical liver injury.
