目的探讨氧驱动雾化吸入0.5%硫酸沙丁胺醇溶液(万托林雾化溶液),辅助治疗婴幼儿哮喘的效果。方法选择2009年1月至2009年12月我院治疗的38例患儿为治疗组,给予氧驱动雾化吸入万托林雾化溶液治疗。另有1999年至2001年治疗的42例患儿为对照组,给予0.9%氯化钠注射液+硫酸庆大霉素+α-糜蛋白酶+地塞米松治疗。两组患儿均给予综合治疗。结果治疗组显效率47.4%(18/38),有效率39.5%(15/38),总有效率86.9%(33/38);对照组显效率21.4%(9/42),有效率26.2%(11/42),总有效率47.6%(20/42),两组显效率和总有效率均有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论氧驱动雾化吸入辅助治疗婴幼儿哮喘发作,方法简单、用药量少、起效快、效果肯定。
Objective To investigate the effect of aerosol inhalation of 0.5% salbutamol sulphate solution (Vanthorine Atomization solution) in the treatment of infantile asthma. Methods Thirty-eight children in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 were selected as the treatment group and received oxygen-driven inhalation of vetomotol solution. Another 42 patients treated between 1999 and 2001 as a control group, given 0.9% sodium chloride injection + gentamicin sulfate + α-chymotrypsin + dexamethasone treatment. Two groups of children were given comprehensive treatment. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was 47.4% (18/38), the effective rate was 39.5% (15/38) and the total effective rate was 86.9% (33/38). In the control group, the effective rate was 21.4% (9/42) and the effective rate was 26.2% (11/42), and the total effective rate was 47.6% (20/42). There was a highly significant difference between the two groups in the markedly effective rate and the total effective rate (P <0.01). Conclusion Oxygen-driven atomization inhalation in the treatment of infant asthma attacks, the method is simple, less dosage, rapid onset, the effect is affirmed.
