目的:探讨人端粒酶逆转录酶基因(hTERT)、环氧合酶-2基因(COX-2)在膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤(BUC)中的表达及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:手术切除膀胱尿路上皮肿瘤(BUC)患者43例(维吾尔族),采用免疫组织化学(SP)方法检测hTERT和COX-2的表达情况,并对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:(1)hTERT在BUC组织中的阳性表达率为46.51%,显著高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同类型BUC的hTERT阳性表达率随临床分期的增高而降低。(2)COX-2在BUC组织中的阳性表达率为86.04%,显著高于正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)hTERT和COX-2在BUC中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:(1)hTERT的表达在BUC的发生和发展中有一定的作用;(2)COX-2的表达与BUC的侵袭转移有关;(3)联合检测hTERT和COX-2的表达,对于BUC的早期诊断、病情监控、预后判断等具有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcriptase gene (COX-2) and cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: Forty-three patients (Uighur) with bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) were surgically removed. The expression of hTERT and COX-2 was detected by immunohistochemistry (SP). The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: (1) The positive expression rate of hTERT in BUC was 46.51%, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P <0.01). The hTERT positive rates of different types of BUC were decreased with the increase of clinical stage . (2) The positive expression rate of COX-2 in BUC tissues was 86.04%, which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P <0.01). (3) There was a positive correlation between hTERT and COX-2 in BUC (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: (1) The expression of hTERT plays a role in the occurrence and development of BUC. (2) The expression of COX-2 is related to the invasion and metastasis of BUC. (3) Combined detection of hTERT and COX-2 expression, The early diagnosis, disease monitoring, prognostic judgment is of great significance.
