研究了在最终浮选前用硫酸浸出浮选中矿和粗精矿对浮选最终指标的影响。这个方法可以有效地应用在现有的浮选回路中,以提高难处理的黑色页岩的铜矿石的浮选效果。用硫酸浸出浮选给矿可以选择性地分解碳酸盐脉石矿物,使硫化矿物选择性解离,从而提高浮选指标。试验结果表明,与浮选未酸浸出的给矿相比较,浸出浮选给矿中50%~70%的碳酸盐矿物后,最终浮选精矿品位和回收率得到大幅度提高。酸浸产品由石膏、可溶于水的硫酸镁和二氧化碳气体组成。反应中放出的二氧化碳气体有利于在矿浆中创造非氧化气氛,阻止硫化矿物中的金属溶解出来。几种不同给料的扩大浮选试验结果充分证明了浮选给矿硫酸浸出对浮选所起的良好影响。浮选给矿的硫酸预浸出工艺的应用不仅可大幅度提高浮选指标(精矿铜和银的回收率及品位),而且使冶炼中产生的难以销售的硫酸得到合理的利用。
The effect of sulfuric acid leaching flotation beneficiation and crude concentrate on the final flotation index before the final flotation was studied. This method can be effectively used in existing flotation circuits to improve flotation of copper ore from refractory black shale. Leaching flotation with sulfuric acid to the ore can be selectively decomposed carbonate gangue minerals, sulfide minerals selective dissociation, thereby enhancing the flotation index. The results show that, compared with flotation of non-acid leaching ore, leaching flotation of 50% to 70% of carbonate minerals, the final flotation concentrate grade and recovery rate has been greatly improved. Acid leaching products consist of gypsum, water-soluble magnesium sulphate and carbon dioxide gas. The carbon dioxide gas released during the reaction is conducive to creating a non-oxidizing atmosphere in the slurry, preventing the metal in the sulfide mineral from dissolving out. The expanded flotation test results for several different feedstocks fully demonstrate the good effect that flotation has on flotation by flotation with sulfuric acid leaching from the flotation feed. The application of sulfuric acid pre-leaching process for flotation of ore not only can greatly improve the flotation index (recovery and grade of concentrate copper and silver), but also make reasonable use of hard-to-sell sulfuric acid produced in smelting.
