72.72%(P < 0.05);“,”Objective To analyze the nursing needs and complications of hemodialysis patients, and to evaluate the value of clustered nursing intervention to prevent catheter-related bloodstream infection (CRBSI). Methods Select the 110 patients treated by hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020, and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method. Patients in the control group (n=55) received routine hemodialysis care, and patients in the observation group (n=55) received cluster nursing intervention, to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of hemodialysis patients. Results Comparing the incidence of CRBSI, the incidence of observation group was 5.45% lower than 20.00% of control group (P <0.05);compared with nursing satisfaction, the total satisfaction of observation group was 96.36% higher than 72.72% of control group (P <0.05);comparing the time of intervening catheterization, CRBSI duration, and hospital stay, the observation group took significantly shorter time than the control group (P <0.05);comparison of the CRBSI occurrence time between groups, the observation group took longer than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The risk of CRBSI complications in hemodialysis patients is higher. Strengthening the clustered nursing intervention can effectively prevent and prolong the occurrence of CRBSI and speed up the recovery of CRBSI patients. The nursing effect is ideal.
