本文就焊接速度对双相不锈钢焊缝中δ铁素体含量的影响规律及HⅡ/X2CrNiMoN22.5双相不锈复合钢板焊接工艺及接头性能进行了研究。本研究成果在太原重机厂的4DM-PKM加压气化炉生产中得到了良好的应用。
In this paper, the influence of welding speed on the δ-ferrite content in duplex stainless steel weld and the welding process and joint properties of HⅡ / X2CrNiMoN22.5 duplex stainless steel plate were studied. The research results in Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Factory 4DM-PKM pressurized gasifier production has been a good application.
