随着我国社会经济的发展以及人民生活水平的日益提高,人们对于饮食的需求也越来越高,这就对我国中职院校的烹饪教学带来了更大的挑战和机遇,提出了更高的要求。因此,提高中职院校烹饪教学的教学质量和水平刻不容缓,中职院校需要向社会不断地提供一批具有高素质、高技能的人才。在中职院校的烹饪教学中需要不断地去创新教学模式和方法,使得学生能够具有过硬的技能,以适应当前形势下社会的发展。主要就当前形势下中职烹饪教学的新策略作了简要的阐述。
With the development of our country’s society and economy and the ever-increasing standard of living of the people, the demand for food is also getting higher and higher. This poses more challenges and opportunities for cooking instruction in secondary vocational schools in China, and puts forward more High demand.
