目的:考查不同生长时间的徐长卿主要有效成分的动态变化。方法:进行药材重量统计及其有效成分丹皮酚及多糖的含量测定。结果:徐长卿2年生药材重量增加显著,与1年生药材相比,增加4 0 %～5 0 % ;有效成分含量随生长时间的延长呈增长趋势,以2年生药材增长率高。结论:结合药材的产量和质量,生产中以采收2年生药材为宜。
Objective: To examine the dynamic changes of the main effective components of Xu Changqing at different growth times. Methods: The weight statistics of medicinal materials and the determination of paeonol and polysaccharides were studied. Results: The weight of Xu Changqing’s 2-year-old herbs increased significantly, compared with 1-year-old herbs, it increased by 40% to 50%. The content of active ingredients increased with the growth time, and the growth rate of 2-year-old herbs was high. Conclusion: Combining the yield and quality of medicinal materials, it is appropriate to harvest two-year old medicinal materials in production.
