测定了40例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)肾病(简称糖尿病肾病)患者和15例正常人(对照组)的血浆过氧化脂质(MDA)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果显示:糖尿病肾病各组患者MDA均显著高于对照组,糖尿病肾病尿毒症组(DKF)明显高于糖尿病肾病早期组(DKE)(P<0.01),DKF组腹透液中MDA及SOD含量极微。提示:糖尿病肾病各期存在着不同程度脂质过氧化反应,SOD含量对糖尿病肾病肾功能损伤的机理及判断预后有一定临床价值。
Plasma lipid peroxidation (MDA) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 40 patients with NIDDM (nephropathy) and 15 normal controls (control). The results showed that: MDA in diabetic nephropathy group was significantly higher than that in control group. Diabetic nephropathy uremia group (DKF) was significantly higher than that in early diabetic nephropathy group (DKE) (P <0.01) SOD content is minimal. Tip: There are different degrees of lipid peroxidation in different stages of diabetic nephropathy. The content of SOD has certain clinical value on the mechanism of renal dysfunction and prognosis of diabetic nephropathy.
