00Cr22N i5Mo3N双相不锈钢的两相组织结构具有良好的耐蚀性和力学性能,因此在压力容器及集输管道等领域得到了广泛的应用。在00Cr22N i5Mo3N双相不锈钢焊接时,必然要经历热循环过程,虽然该过程变化很快且历时短暂,但往往会导致热影响区相比例和相分布状态的变化,从而影响焊接接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能。通过热模拟试验研究,分析了00Cr22N i5Mo3N钢焊接时热影响区的相比例及组织转变规律,为制定和调整焊接工艺提供理论参考依据。

In 00Cr22N i5Mo3N duplex stainless steel welding, the inevitable to go through the thermal cycling process, although the process changes quickly and lasted for a short time, but often leads to heat affected zone phase ratio and phase distribution of the state, thus affecting the mechanical properties of welded joints and Corrosion resistance. Through the thermal simulation test and study, the phase contrast and the microstructure transformation rule of the heat affected zone of 00Cr22N i5Mo3N steel are analyzed, which provides a theoretical reference for the formulation and adjustment of the welding process.
