黄老學與董仲舒新儒學都具有在堅持自身主體性的前提下相容諸家思想爲我所用的特點,這是它們的共同點。黄老學對董仲舒新儒學形成有許多直接或間接的影響,是先秦諸子學向以董仲舒爲代表的漢代儒學轉變過程中重要的中間環節,具有思想史上承上啓下的重大作用。同時,董仲舒在黄老學基礎上的發展中也具有自己的弊端,這也是要一分爲二地看待的。
Both Huang Laoxue and Dong Zhongshu Neo-Confucianism share the same characteristics they used for me in insisting on their own subjectivity. This is their common ground. Huang Laoxue had many direct or indirect influences on the formation of Dong Zhongshu’s Neo-Confucianism. It was the important intermediate link in the process of the Confucianism transition in the Han Dynasty, represented by Dong Zhongshu, before the Qin scholars had a significant role in the history of thought. At the same time, Dong Zhongshu also has his own drawbacks in the development of Huang Lao Xue, which is also to be divided into two.
