我国渔船作业过程碳排放的估算

渔业是农业温室气体的重要排放源之一,应积极研究并采取有效措施控制渔业的温室气体排放。本研究依据《中国统计年鉴》、国民经济和社会发展统计公报和《中国渔业统计年鉴》提供的数据资料,以及中国水产科学院渔业机械仪器研究所2008年至2009年的渔船能耗与节能技术调研结果,采用ORNL提出的CO2排放量的计算方法,对我国渔船的CO2排放量进行了估算,结果表明:2008年我国渔船的碳排放量为673.2×104t,折算成CO2量为2470.6×104t,2007年我国捕捞作业单位产值碳排放量为2.06kg/元,是农、林、牧、渔、水利行业平均水平的3.4倍。海洋捕捞渔船是我国渔船能耗和CO2排放的主要领域;海洋拖网作业和刺网作业渔船是我国海洋捕捞CO2排放的主要来源。分析了我国渔船高耗能及高碳排放的主要因素,为有关部门制定节能减排措施提供科学依据。 Fishery is one of the important sources of agricultural greenhouse gas emissions, and should actively study and take effective measures to control the greenhouse gas emissions from fisheries. Based on the data of China Statistical Yearbook, Statistical Bulletin of National Economic and Social Development and China Fisheries Statistics Yearbook, and the investigation of energy consumption and energy saving technologies for fishing vessels from 2008 to 2009 by the Institute of Fishery Machinery, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences As a result, CO2 emissions from fishing vessels in China were estimated using ORNL’s method of calculating CO2 emissions. The results show that: in 2008, the emission of carbon dioxide from fishing vessels in China was 673.2 × 104t, which was converted into CO2 of 2470.6 × 104t, 2007 China’s fishing operation unit of carbon emissions of 2.06kg / yuan, is the agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, water industry average of 3.4 times. Marine fishing vessels are the main areas of energy consumption and CO2 emissions of fishing vessels in China. Marine fishing trawlers and gill nets fishing vessels are the main sources of CO2 emissions from marine fishing in China. The main factors of high energy consumption and high carbon emission of fishing vessels in China are analyzed, which provide scientific basis for relevant departments to make energy saving and emission reduction measures.
