在滚珠位丝杠副的生产中,插管是一个关键的反向器件,其形状位置尺寸要求严格,弯制后的插管椭圆度要小于0.2mm,材料多采用不锈钢管(见附图)。目前,生产厂家普遍采用:下料—扩孔—穿铝芯—弯制—铣相贯线接头—热处理化铝—强碱腐蚀—发兰等。采用这种工艺,生产中所用铝芯必须车制,直径较细(如φ2.5mm)车削较困难。取出铝芯时,需加热700~800℃,铝液也不易从插管中流出,易造成插管的变形,用强碱腐蚀较慢,这样造成生产周期
