美国心理学家赫茨伯格创立的“双因素理论”发现了成就、认可、学习本身等富有激励作用的因素。本文以赫茨伯格的双因素理论为视角,阐述双因素理论与高校学生党员成长工作的关系,并从高校学生党建工作的特征入手,合理运用保健因素和激励因素,提出应用双因素理论对高校学生党员成长工作有效引导的探索与思考。
The “two-factor theory” founded by American psychologist Herzberg found the motivating factors such as achievement, recognition and study itself. This article, based on Herzberg’s theory of two factors, elaborates the relationship between the two-factor theory and the growth of student party members in colleges and universities. Starting with the characteristics of the party construction in colleges and universities, the author makes rational use of the factors of health care and motivation and proposes the application of two-factor theory Exploration and Reflection on the Effective Guidance of the Growth of College Student Party Members.
