晚期癌症病人大多数均伴有重度疼痛。过去采用强麻醉剂镇痛治疗，临床应用大多不方便，使用次数多、效果差。为了达到WHO提出的“到2000年让癌症病人不痛”的目标，进一步执行癌症疼痛三阶梯治疗方案。我中心从1995年5月至1996年5月对40例晚期癌症伴有重度疼痛者，使用西南药业
Most advanced cancer patients are accompanied by severe pain. In the past, strong anesthetic analgesia was used to treat patients. Most of the clinical applications were inconvenient, and the number of use was high and the effect was poor. In order to achieve the WHO’s goal of “no pain for cancer patients by the year 2000,” the company will further implement the three-step cancer treatment program. From May 1995 to May 1996, our center used 40 patients with severe pain associated with advanced cancer.
