目的:探讨低场MRI在肝癌的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析38例肝癌在低场MRI信号强度改变。结果:低场MRI肝癌在T1WI呈较低信号;在T2WI信号不规则增高,呈高低混杂信号;其中肿瘤的脂肪变性,肿瘤的假包膜及静脉瘤栓为特征性改变。Gd-DTPA在低场MRI对肝癌诊断价值不大。结论:肝细胞癌在低场MRI信号强度以混杂信号多见,尤其在T2WI更为明显。脂肪变性在T1WI显示佳,假包膜在所有成像序列均呈低信号,静脉瘤栓在T1WI较T2WI显示好。
Objective: To investigate the value of low field MRI in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver cancer. Materials and Methods: Retrospective analysis of 38 cases of liver cancer in low field MRI signal intensity changes. Results: Low-field MRI showed low signal intensity on T1WI, irregular high signal intensity on T2WI, and mixed signal of high and low level. Steatosis of tumor, pseudocapsule of tumor and vein tumor embolus were characteristic changes. Gd-DTPA in the low field MRI diagnosis of liver cancer is of little value. Conclusion: The signal intensity of HCC in low field is more common with mixed signals, especially in T2WI. Steatosis showed good on T1WI, with pseudocapsules showing low signal at all imaging sequences and venous thrombi at T1WI showing better than T2WI.
