目的研究餐饮单位实施食品卫生监督公示制度前后的食品卫生状况,了解食品卫生公示制度对餐饮单位卫生状况的影响。方法依据卫生部卫生监督局《餐饮业食品卫生监督公示制度试点工作方案》,用现场监督检查和询问的方式对265家餐饮单位进行检查并将检查结果进行公示。结果大、中、小型餐饮单位在实施食品卫生公示制度后,卫生状况明显改善,笑脸增多,苦脸减少。结论食品卫生公示制度对提高餐饮单位卫生水平有正向的促进作用。
Objective To study the food hygiene situation before and after the catering units implemented the system of food hygiene supervision and publicity to understand the impact of the system of food publicity on the health status of catering units. Methods According to the “Pilot Program of Food Hygiene Supervision Publicity System in the Catering Industry” issued by the Ministry of Health and Health Supervision Bureau, 265 food and beverage units were inspected and on-site supervision, inspection and inquiries were conducted to publicize the inspection results. Results Large, medium and small catering units in the implementation of food hygiene publicity system, the health status improved significantly, increasing smile, bitterness reduced. Conclusion The system of public announcement of food hygiene has a positive effect on improving the hygiene level of catering units.
