建立骆驼刺药材反相高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,为有效控制骆驼刺药材的质量奠定基础。采用反相高效液相色谱,色谱柱为Waters Atlantis T3 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),用乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液线性梯度洗脱,以1.0 mL.min-1为流速,检测波长为280 nm,采集时间为100 min,分析了10批骆驼刺的HPLC指纹图谱。得到了分离度较好的骆驼刺药材高效液相色谱指纹图谱,标定出了11个共有峰,方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求。确定的指纹图谱研究方法稳定、可靠,可用于骆驼刺药材的质量分析。
To establish a method for the RP-HPLC analysis of camel’s thorn herb, and lay the foundation for the effective control of the quality of camel’s thorn medicine. Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a Waters Atlantis T3 C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using a linear gradient of acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid aqueous solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 280 nm, and the collection time was 100 min. The HPLC fingerprints of 10 camels were analyzed. The HPLC fingerprint of camellia was obtained with good resolution and 11 common peaks were calibrated. The results of methodological study accorded with the technical requirements of fingerprinting. The established fingerprinting method is stable and reliable, and can be used to analyze the quality of aloe vera.
