本文提出了与远程开放教育教学特点相适应的“专业管理”模式,论述了专业责任教师、课程责任教师、课程辅导教师和专业管理教师四级负责制及其相应的职责。 This paper puts forward a “professional management” mode that is compatible with the teaching characteristics of distance and open education. It discusses the four-level responsibility system of professional responsibility teachers, curriculum responsibility teachers, curriculum tutors and professional management teachers and their corresponding responsibilities.
