随着科技和生产的发展,机械设计与制造中具有特殊用途的异形零件越来越多。异形零件是由于各种机械设备中的结构特点和用途而设计及制造出来的,不同的异形零件往往在结构上、材质上和技术要求上等方面都有差异,所以其机械加工的工艺性变得复杂,给加工带来了各种技术上棘手的问题,特别是工装问题。为此应对异形零件的加工工艺性进行技术分析,选用合理的装夹方法,设计与制造出正确的夹具,并进行有理有据的深度实验,为今后在加工异形零件时奠定了坚实的基础,从而为保证产品的质量,提高企业的生产效率提供了实际性和创造性的理论依据。
