[目的]观测生/炮细辛对小鼠醋酸扭体/热板实验影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60只SP级ICR健康小白鼠随机数字表法分6组,10只/组:生理盐水组、阿司匹林组、细辛生品(低剂量组、高剂量组,简称生细辛低/高组)、炮制品(低剂量组、高剂量,简称炮细辛低/高组)。实验第1d,药物干预前12h小鼠禁食,灌胃干预1次1,生理盐水20m L/kg、阿司匹林0.2g/kg、生细辛(3g/kg、5g/kg)、炮细辛(3g/kg、5g/kg),2h后,空腹状态下,醋酸扭体实验-热板实验。观测疼痛潜伏时间、扭体次数、第一次舔足反应时间、足肿胀程度。[结果]醋酸扭体实验疼痛潜伏时间、扭体次数各组均无显著差异(P>0.05);热板实验各组足肿胀程度无显著差异(P>0.05),细辛炮制品高剂量组小鼠扭体次数、给药2h后小鼠足肿胀程度均明显轻于细辛生品高剂量组(P<0.05)。[结论]细辛炮制后高剂量效果更明显。
[Objective] To observe the effect of BX / A asarone on mice acetic acid writhing / hot plate experiment. [Methods] Sixty SP-ICR healthy mice were randomly divided into six groups according to a randomized parallel control method. Groups of 10 normal saline, aspirin, Asarum (low dose group, high dose group, abbreviation Asarum Xin low / high group), processed products (low dose group, high dose, referred to Asarum Xin low / high group). On the first day of experiment, the mice were fasted for 12h before drug intervention, and the rats were given intragastric administration of 1 ml of normal saline (20m L / kg), aspirin 0.2g / kg, Asarum (3g / kg, 3g / kg, 5g / kg), 2h, fasting state, acetic acid writhing experiment - hot plate experiment. Observed pain latency, writhing times, the first licking foot reaction time, foot swelling degree. [Result] There was no significant difference in writhing time and number of writhing in acetic acid writhing group (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the degree of paw swelling between each group (P> 0.05) The number of writhing in mice was significantly lighter than that of high dose of Asarum (P <0.05) after 2h administration. [Conclusion] Asarum high-dose effect is more obvious.
