为了得到微细圆柱表面熔融盐自然对流传热规律,采用焦耳加热法对水平微细铜丝表面熔融盐自然对流传热规律进行实验研究。首先用水和乙醇验证实验方法的准确性,在此基础上,展开微细金属丝表面熔融盐自然对流传热规律研究。结果表明,随着熔融盐温度的升高,物性变化引起的熔融盐自然对流传热规律将趋近于Morgan关联式的预测值。有关熔融盐自然对流传热规律的研究有待进一步深入分析。
In order to obtain the natural convection heat transfer law of the molten salt on the surface of fine cylinder, the natural convection heat transfer rule of the molten salt on the surface of the fine copper wire was experimentally studied by Joule heating method. First, water and ethanol were used to verify the accuracy of the experimental method. On this basis, the natural convection heat transfer law of molten salt on the surface of fine metal wire was studied. The results show that as the temperature of molten salt increases, the natural convective heat transfer of molten salt caused by the change of physical properties will approach the predictive value of Morgan’s correlation. The study on the natural convection heat transfer of molten salt needs to be further analyzed.
