在对铝合金2D12T4拉杆管材毛料进行热收口时,由于设备、工装、工艺参数等对收口质量影响很大,并且材料的变形系数很小,成形难度很高,所以可能出现铝管弯曲并产生凸棱,收缩区厚度不均、起皱等缺陷。针对常出现的缺陷,对该工艺过程作了研究,分析了缺陷产生的原因,并给出了解决措施。实践证明,这些措施对保证和提高拉杆热收口质量是有效的。
