提出了一种新型的基于交指耦合的共面波导超宽带滤波器,该滤波器采用了交指耦合结构和缺陷地结构。在共面波导的中心导带上引入交指耦合结构实现了宽频带的紧耦合,竖直矩形和弯曲矩形的缺陷地结构用于改善滤波器通带内外的性能。仿真和测试结果验证了此滤波器在中心频率5.56 GHz处具有150%的相对带宽,且具有陡峭的截止频率和低插入损耗。
A novel coplanar waveguide UWB filter based on cross-finger coupling is proposed. The filter adopts the cross-finger coupling structure and the defect structure. The introduction of interdigital coupling structure on the center conduction band of coplanar waveguide realizes the tight coupling of wide frequency band, and the structure of vertical rectangle and curved rectangle defect is used to improve the performance both inside and outside the filter passband. The simulation and test results verify that the filter has a relative bandwidth of 150% at a center frequency of 5.56 GHz and has a steep cut-off frequency and low insertion loss.
