牙嵌齿轮因其形状所致无法切削加工, 采用电解加工工艺, 生产效率低, 精度差、寿命低, 而且电解废液污染环境, 应采用热精锻工艺。本文给出了牙嵌齿轮热精锻成形的实用模具结构, 论述了模具设计、装配要点。该模具采用强力脱模装置, 使锻件在锻击结束瞬间可以立即脱离凸模, 解决了锻件将凸模抱死的关键技术问题。
Due to its shape, tooth cogs can not be cut and machined. Electrolytic processing technology is adopted to produce tooth cogs with low production efficiency, poor precision and low life expectancy. Electrolytic waste liquid pollutes the environment and should be hot forged. In this paper, a practical mold structure of hot forging of tooth cogs is given, and the key points of mold design and assembly are discussed. The mold adopts the powerful stripping device so that the forging can be immediately separated from the punch at the end of the forging, which solves the key technical problem of the forging locking the punch.
