用简易的人工光氧化和遮荫条件对35个水稻种质进行筛选,鉴定出既耐光氧化又耐荫等4种品种类型,并用耐光氧化又耐荫的品种武育粳3号和对光氧化和遮荫均敏感的品种香籼进行光合特性测定.结果表明,以香籼为对照,在光氧化条件下,武育粳3号的PSⅡ光化学效率和光合酶Rubisco 活性较稳定,C_4光合酶PEPC活性诱导增加,因而光合抑制和叶绿素衰减较少;在遮荫条件下,武育粳3号的Rubisico活性和Rubisco BP的含量也相对稳定,这与光合、光合生产力和产量的稳定有关.上述研究为水稻育种提供了配套技术和生理依据.
