One of the most important reasons for this is the opposition and conflict between different legal values. Therefore, in all the classic periods of legal history, the argumentation, criticism or logical application of the norms of value in ancient and modern society were all the major activities of jurists. The significance of the balance of legal value conflicts during the social transition: it is a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of the market economy; it is the only way to go to the rule of law; it is conducive to promoting social harmony and stability.
