目的:探讨微波辐照对人鼻咽癌细胞丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dis-mutase,SOD)活性的影响。方法:运用微波理疗仪以连续波、垂直极化照射方式对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2进行微波辐射(频率2450MHz)。实验分为4组:空白对照组,10、20、30mW/cm2微波组。采用TBA显色法和改良NBT羟胺法检测微波辐照对人鼻咽癌细胞MDA含量和SOD活性的影响。结果:随着微波剂量的啬,MDA含量较对照组均呈上升趋势,20和30mW/cm2辐照组MDA含量分别为对照组的1.4和3.5倍,两辐照组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05);辐照组SOD活性分别为对照组的68.2%、46.2%和36.0%,10mW/cm2与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05),20和30mW/cm2辐照组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:微波辐照可致细胞MDA含量明显增高,SOD活性降低。
Objective: To investigate the effects of microwave irradiation on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells. Methods: Microwave irradiation was performed on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2 (frequency: 2450MHz) by means of microwave therapy instrument with continuous wave and vertical polarization. The experiment was divided into 4 groups: blank control group, 10,20,30 mW / cm2 microwave group. The effects of microwave irradiation on the content of MDA and the activity of SOD of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells were detected by TBA colorimetry and modified NBT hydroxylamine method. Results: Compared with the control group, MDA content increased with the increase of microwave radiation dose. The contents of MDA in 20 and 30mW / cm2 irradiation groups were 1.4 and 3.5 times higher than those in the control group respectively. There was significant difference between the two irradiation groups and the control group (P <0.05). The SOD activity in irradiated group was 68.2%, 46.2% and 36.0% respectively compared with that in control group (P <0.05) The difference between the control group was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Under microwave irradiation, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD decreased significantly.
