《农村安全用电规程》(DL493—92)6.13条规定:不得在高压电力线路底下栽树和竹子;《电力设施保护条例》第十五条第四款规定:不得种植可能危及电力设施安全的植物;《农村低压电气安全工作规程》(DL477—92)明确规定:在电力线路旁边砍伐树木,为防止树木倒落在导线上,应设法用绳索把树枝拉向与导线相反的方向,绳索应有足够的长度和强度,以免伤人,树枝接触带电导线时,禁止人员接近.
