采用 SOS/Umu 原位法检测国产蚊香烟气的直接致突变性。结果表明 JC 牌无烟蚊香(不加药)和 E 牌中草药蚊香 SOS/Umu 试验阴性。JL 牌、YC 牌和 TT 牌除虫菊蚊香均为阳性结果,SOS 阳性诱导(R=2)的最小采样体积:JL 蚊香为85.7L,TT 蚊香为108.9L,YZ 蚊香为171.0L。烟气的致突变性主要来源于除虫菊类杀虫剂的燃烧分解产物。SOS 原位法简便、灵敏,适合于检测空气混合性污染物的综合致突变性。
SOS/Umu in situ method was used to detect the direct mutagenicity of domestic mosquitoes. The results showed that JC brand smokeless mosquito-repellent incense (non-medicated) and E-brand Chinese herbal mosquito-repellent incense were negative in the SOS/Umu test. JL brand, YC brand, and TT brand pyrethrum mosquito coils were all positive results. The minimum sample volume for positive SOS induction (R=2) was 85.7L for JL mosquito coils, 108.9L for TT mosquito coils, and 171.0L for YZ mosquito coils. The mutagenicity of smoke mainly comes from the combustion decomposition products of pyrethrum insecticides. SOS in situ method is simple, sensitive and suitable for detecting the comprehensive mutagenicity of air mixed pollutants.
