目的　研究甲状腺机能亢进 (甲亢 )伴重症肌无力 (MG)和周期性麻痹三者并存的临床特点和治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析了 195 6～ 2 0 0 1年间诊治的 2 5 70例MG中 6例甲亢伴MG和周期性麻痹病例。结果　 6例患者均有典型的甲亢、MG、周期性麻痹的临床特点和实验室有关阳性指标。经过同时治疗 3种疾病 ,均获得显著效果。结论　早期诊断 ,同时治疗上述 3种疾病是取得疗效的关键 Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism) with myasthenia gravis (MG) and periodic paralysis. Methods Six cases of hyperthyroidism with MG and periodic paralysis in 2570 MG patients diagnosed and treated between 1950 and 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 6 patients had typical hyperthyroidism, MG, clinical features of periodic paralysis and laboratory-related positive indicators. After treatment of the three diseases, have achieved significant results. Conclusions Early diagnosis and treatment of the above three diseases are the key points to achieve curative effect
