近年来,很多事业单位为了加强财务监督,规范各项收支管理,提高资金使用效率,促进财政资金使用的公开、透明,同时降低事业单位运行成本,有序执行部门预算,相继推出财务集中核算,实行财务集中核算、资金统一管理。本文就林业行业主管部门推行财务集中核算过程中取得的成效及存在的问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出相应的建议。
