为了研究富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的最优提取工艺,在单因素实验的基础上,以提取得率为响应值,提取温度、时间和料液比为响应因子,采用3因素3水平的响应面法分析,建立数学模型并获得最佳工艺条件。结果显示,富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度42.3℃,提取时间7.8 h,料液比1∶23.9(g/m L);该工艺条件下,含硒蛋白得率和含量分别为4.36%和44.01%。结果表明所得回归方程拟合情况良好,可用于预测富硒灰树花水溶性含硒蛋白的提取得率。
In order to study the optimal extraction process of water-soluble selenoprotein from Selenium-rich sedge tree, on the basis of single-factor experiment, taking the extraction yield as the response value, the extraction temperature, the time and the solid-liquid ratio as the response factor, Level response surface analysis, establish mathematical model and obtain the best process conditions. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions for water-soluble selenoprotein from Selenium-rich Grifola frondosa were: extraction temperature 42.3 ℃, extraction time 7.8 h, solid-liquid ratio 1:23.9 (g / m L) Selenoprotein yield and content were 4.36% and 44.01%, respectively. The results showed that the fitting regression equation was good and could be used to predict the extraction yield of water-soluble selenoprotein from Selenium-enriched Grifola frondosa.
