目的:采用二级电渗制备纯水,其主要目的是提高实验室用水质量,降低纯水的制备成本延长阴阳树脂使用时间。方法:利用阴阳膜在一定的电压条件下能吸附水中阴、阳离子的原理。自来水经预处理后,进行两次电渗,再经过0.2μm微孔滤膜,除去水中细菌及杂质颗粒。结果:二级电渗的脱盐率,比一级电渗和反渗透法(RO法)高。结论:采用二级电渗制备纯水有水源选择广、适应范围大、条件要求低、制水纯度高等特点,延长了树脂使用寿命,降低了制备纯水的成本。
Objective: To prepare pure water by secondary electro-osmosis, the main purpose of which is to improve the quality of laboratory water and reduce the preparation cost of pure water, so as to prolong the service time of yin and yang resin. Methods: The use of yin and yang membrane under certain voltage conditions can absorb the principle of anion and cation in water. Tap water after pretreatment, the two electro-osmosis, and then through the 0.2μm microporous membrane to remove bacteria and impurities in the water particles. Results: The desalination rate of secondary electro-osmosis was higher than that of primary electro-osmosis and reverse osmosis (RO method). Conclusion: The preparation of pure water by secondary electro-osmosis has the advantages of wide selection of water sources, large adaptability, low requirement and high water purity, which prolongs the service life of the resin and reduces the cost of preparing pure water.
