通过离子氮碳共渗与离子镀硬质膜复合处理在低合金钢基体表面上形成较厚的强化层,可使表面硬度达到2200HV0-1 以上。耐磨性比单一渗氮处理有很大改善,硬质膜与基体结合力用划痕临界载荷( Lc) 表示达到60N 以上。
By ion nitrocarburizing and ion plating hard film composite treatment in the low alloy steel substrate surface to form a thicker layer of reinforcement, the surface hardness can reach 2200HV0-1 above. The abrasion resistance is greatly improved compared with the single nitriding treatment. The adhesion of the hard film to the substrate is above 60 N by the scratch critical load (Lc).
