目的：评价侵袭性牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2011年1月～2014年9月收治的40例（87颗牙）侵袭性牙周炎患者，采用牙周基础治疗。结果：患者治疗后，出血指数、菌斑指数、附着丧失、牙周探诊深度均低于治疗前（P<0.05）。治疗后牙齿松动比率均低于治疗前（P<0.05），达到I I度、I I I度的明显减少。结论：侵袭性牙周炎患者采用牙周基础治疗效果较好，可有效改善牙周组织状况，固定松动牙齿。“,”Objective To analyze the curative effect of invasive periodontal basic treatment on periodontitis patients.Methods 40 patients(87 teeth) with aggressive periodontitis were treated with basic therapy, January,2011 to September,2014. Results After periodontal basic treatment,bleeding index, plaque index, clinical attachment loss,probing depth were significantly lower than those before periodontal basic treatment(P<0.05),the rate of tooth mobility were significantly lower than those before periodontal basic treatment(P<0.05), and significant decrease in I degrees, I I degrees. Conclusion Periodontal basic treatment on patients with aggressive periodontitis is effect, can improve the state of the periodontitis tissue, fix the loose tooth.
