清明节前,为推进烈士公祭活动规范化、法制化,通过烈士公祭活动激发爱国热情、振奋民族精神、倡导奉献意识,国家民政部近日在调查研究和广泛征求多方意见基础上,出台了《烈士公祭办法》(以下简称《办法》)。《办法》规定在清明节、国庆节或者重要纪念日期间,应当举行烈士公祭活动。烈士公祭活动应当在烈士纪念场所举行,并安排党、政、军和人民团体负责人参加, Before the Ching Ming Festival, in order to promote the normalization and legalization of martyrs’ public sacrifices, and to inspire patriotic enthusiasm through the martyrs public sacrifices, to inspire the national spirit and to promote the awareness of dedication, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China recently promulgated the “ Measures ”(hereinafter referred to as the“ Measures ”).
