本文以中山市S镇为个案,阐释了改革开放以来该镇镇村干部的来源、任用标准和任用方式,详尽解读了镇村干部关系格局的制度化表层格局和人情化潜层格局的基本内涵,并探究了镇村干部关系格局的特征和原因。在现场调研的基础上,作者提出了一些基本对策。
