目的了解泉州市直在校学生结核杆菌感染情况,为学校结核病防治工作提供可靠的科学依据。方法选择在校学生38902名,应用结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(TB-PPD),采用国际统一试验标准进行并判断结果。结果PPD试验男生的一般阳性率为60.86%,女生为62.04%,女生高于男生;男生的强阳性率为3.36%,女生为7.75%,女生高于男生。PPD试验阴性率小学(43.49%)最高,高中(29.84%)最低;一般阳性率小学(54.92%)最低,高中(63.52%)最高;强阳性率小学(1.59%)最低,大中专职校(7.62%)最高;4个学习阶段差异均有统计学意义。结论在校学生PPD试验结果不容乐观,加强在校学生结核病筛查、重视开展学校健康教育,是防止结核病在学校中传播流行的有效措施。
Objective To understand the prevalence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis among students in Quanzhou and to provide a reliable scientific basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in schools. Methods 38902 students were enrolled in this study. TB-PPD was used and the results were determined by the international standard test. Results The prevalence rate of male students in PPD test was 60.86%, female students was 62.04%, female students were higher than male students. The positive rate of male students was 3.36%, that of female students was 7.75%, and that of female students was higher than that of male students. The negative rate of PPD was the highest in primary school (43.49%), the lowest was in middle school (29.84%), the lowest was in primary school (54.92%), the highest was in middle school (63.52%), the lowest was in 1.59% (7.62%) were the highest. There were significant differences among the four learning stages. Conclusions The result of PPD test in school students is not optimistic. Strengthening the screening of TB students in school and attaching importance to health education in schools are effective measures to prevent the spread of TB in schools.
