目的分析CD166在含牙囊肿(DC)、牙源性角化囊性瘤(KCOT)及成釉细胞瘤(SA)中的表达情况及其意义。方法选取71例经甲醛固定的标本,包括含牙囊肿14例、牙源性角化囊性瘤15例、成釉细胞瘤(AB)42例,其中实性成釉细胞瘤(SA)13例、单囊型成釉细胞瘤(UA)15例、外周型成釉细胞瘤(PA)14例。采用免疫组织化学染色的方法分析CD166在每种类型病变组织内的表达情况。结果 CD166的表达率分别为DC:0、KCOT:73.33%、SA:69.23%、UA:73.33%、PA:71.43%。含牙囊肿中CD166且表达部分基底膜上方的柱状细胞。结论 CD166在KCOT及AB中均呈现高表达,可能与其发生发展过程相关。
Objective To analyze the expression and significance of CD166 in dental cysts (DCs), odontogenic keratocystic carcinomas (KCOTs) and ameloblastomas (SA). Methods Seventy-one formalin-fixed specimens including 14 cases of dental cyst, 15 cases of odontogenic keratocystic tumors, 42 cases of ameloblastoma (AB), 13 cases of solid ameloblastoma (SA) , 15 cases of unicystic ameloblastoma (UA) and 14 cases of peripheral ameloblastoma (PA). Immunohistochemical staining was used to analyze the expression of CD166 in each type of diseased tissue. Results The expression rates of CD166 were DC: 0, KCOT: 73.33%, SA: 69.23%, UA: 73.33%, PA: 71.43%. CD166 with dental cysts and express some of the columnar cells above the basement membrane. Conclusion CD166 is highly expressed in both KCOT and AB, which may be related to the development of CD166.
