采用熔融聚合法合成出了聚乳酸(PLA),通过溶液浇铸法制备出不同比例的聚乳酸/聚乙烯醇(PLA/PVA)复合膜,测定了不同因素对PLA分子量的影响,比较了不同条件对复合膜形态、溶胀性能、吸水率和降解性能的影响。结果表明,1.0%四氯化锡、反应温度160℃、反应时间为22h是合成PLA的最佳条件;PLA/PVA为1∶4时,成膜性最好,复合膜中随着PVA含量的增加,溶胀率和吸水率增大;复合膜在pH=2的HCl溶液中降解最快。
Polylactic acid (PLA) was synthesized by melt polymerization. PLA / PVA composite films with different ratios were prepared by solution casting. The influence of different factors on the molecular weight of PLA was investigated. The effects of different conditions On the morphology, swelling properties, water absorption and degradation properties of the composite membrane. The results showed that 1.0% tin tetrachloride, the reaction temperature of 160 ℃, the reaction time of 22h is the best conditions for the synthesis of PLA; PLA / PVA 1: 4, the best film forming composite film with PVA content Increase, the swelling rate and water absorption increased; composite membrane in pH = 2 HCl solution degradation fastest.
