从化学反应平衡角度给出新的高炉理论燃烧温度计算模型及求解方法,对比不同条件下传统模型和新模型风口回旋区理论燃烧温度的计算值。结果表明:H2/H2O化学平衡对理论燃烧温度的影响要远大于CO/CO2平衡;对于全焦高炉,传统模型和新模型对不同条件下理论燃烧温度差异的表征基本相同;高炉喷吹富氢燃料以后,新模型更能表征不同条件下理论燃烧温度的差异。
A new calculation model of the theoretical combustion temperature of blast furnace and its solution method are given from the perspective of the chemical reaction equilibrium. The calculated theoretical combustion temperature of the traditional model and the new model tuyere raceway under different conditions are compared. The results show that the influence of chemical equilibrium of H2 / H2O on the theoretical combustion temperature is far greater than that of CO / CO2. For the full-coke blast furnace, the difference between the theoretical model and the new model is basically the same. After the fuel, the new model better characterizes the difference in theoretical combustion temperature under different conditions.
