利用常规农化分析方法对野山参根区和对照土壤的主要理化指标进行了测试分析。分析结果表明:野山参根区土壤不同层次容重表层最低0.68~0.77g/cm~3,根层次之0.73~0.83g/cm~3,底层较大,其值最小为0.99 g/cm~3;根层土壤含水量最高是39.17%,其变化趋势与土壤容重恰好相反;根层土壤pH在4.74~6.36,有机质在92.544~528.58 g/kg,全氮含量在5.23~16.84g/kg,碱解氮含量42.20~141.19 mg/kg,全磷含量0.15~0.21 g/kg,速效磷含量20.96~55.44 mg/kg,土壤全钾3.22~10.30 g/kg,有效钾272.62~970.26 mg/kg。通过简单相关分析发现,全氮、碱解氮、速效磷与有机质间呈极显著正相关,有效钾和pH与有机质呈显著正相关;碱解氮、速效磷、有效钾与全氮间呈极显著正相关;有效钾与全磷间呈极显著正相关。野山参根区土壤丰富的养分组成和合理的配比,为山参的健康生长提供了有利的保证。
The main physical and chemical indexes of wild ginseng root zone and control soil were tested by routine agronomic analysis method. The results showed that the lowest content of 0.68 ~ 0.77g / cm ~ 3 and 0.73 ~ 0.83g / cm ~ 3 in the roots of wild ginseng root zone was the lowest, and the lowest was 0.99 g / cm ~ 3. The highest soil water content in root layer was 39.17%. The trend of soil moisture content was opposite to that of soil. The root soil pH ranged from 4.74 to 6.36, organic matter ranged from 92.544 to 528.58 g / kg, total nitrogen content ranged from 5.23 to 16.84 g / kg, The contents of total nitrogen and phosphorus in soil were 42.20 ~ 141.19 mg / kg, 0.15 ~ 0.21 g / kg, 20.96 ~ 55.44 mg / kg and 3.22 ~ 10.30 g / kg and 272.62 ~ 970.26 mg / kg, respectively. Through simple correlation analysis, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter. There was a significant positive correlation between available potassium and pH and organic matter. There were significant positive correlations between total available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and total nitrogen There was a significant positive correlation between available potassium and total phosphorus. Wild ginseng root soil rich nutrient composition and reasonable ratio for the healthy growth of ginseng provided a favorable guarantee.
